Settings

To access the bot’s configuration menu, use the /settings command. In these menus you will be able to configure things like the time format, add buttons (such as those for remotes and invites) or activate babysitting mode, so that people cannot speak in the group.

Operation of the group/channel

  1. Locations. Turn gym locations on or off. In order to use this option, you must configure locations. If you’re not going to do it, you’d better disable it. Enabled by default

  2. Allow to configure alerts. Allow or disallow users to set alerts for raids in this group. Enabled by default

  3. Babysitter mode. Immediately clears all messages except raid creation messages and allowed commands. See the babysitting mode section for more information. Disabled by default

  4. Delete “joined/left the group” messages. Deletes the control messages of users entering or leaving the group. Disabled by default

  5. Delete messages at the end of the day. Clears messages for completed raids conducted during the day, starting at 11:59 p.m. Erasing may take a few minutes to occur. Disabled by default

  6. Registration required. It forces all users to register with the bot before they can participate in or create raids. Disabled by default

  7. Mandatory open chat with the bot. It forces all users to have the chat open with the bot before requesting invitations, being able to participate in raids or creating them. Disabled by default

  8. Automatic refloat. Refloat all active raids every 5, 10, 15, or 30 minutes. Raids are considered active if they are less than an hour and a half before they start or if they have just started (once started, they will refloat only once). Disabled by default

  9. Include announces in reflots. This option makes the bot also refloat the announces when doing massive or automatic refloats. Disabled by default

Optional raid functions

  1. “Late” button. Activate the button so that trainers can notify if they are going to be late. Disabled by default

  2. «Remote» button. Activate the button so that trainers can notify if they go remotely. Disabled by default

  3. «Invite me» button. Activate the button so that trainers can request invitations. Disabled by default

  4. “Got it” buttons. Activate the buttons so that the trainers can indicate whether or not they have captured the Pokémon, after the raid. Disabled by default

  5. «Shiny» button. Activate the Shiny button so Trainers can indicate that they have captured a Shiny Pokémon. Deactivated by default Requires activating the “Got it” buttons

  6. «100%» button. Activate the “100%” button so that trainers can indicate that they have captured 100%. Deactivated by default Requires activating the “Got it” buttons

  7. «+1» button. Activate the “+1” button so that trainers can sign up with additional trainers. Activated by default (maximum +5)

  8. “+1” buttons for teams. Change the “+1” button to three buttons, one for each team, in order to differentiate the trainers by team. Disabled by default Excluding with the option “+1 buttons for face-to-face/remote”

  9. Face-to-face/remote “+1” buttons. Change the “+1” button for two buttons, +1 face-to-face or +1 remote, to be able to differentiate the trainers according to whether they are face-to-face or remote. Disabled by default Excluding with the option “+1 buttons for teams”

Raid behavior

  1. Refloat when specifying Pokémon. A raid or an announce will automatically re-float when the Pokémon that hatched is specified, either through the /pokemon command or through the button that comes privately to the creator. Disabled by default

  2. Refloat when organizing from announce. A raid will automatically refloat when organized from an announce. To do this, the announce must have been created more than five minutes ago. Disabled by default

  3. Explicit “I’m not going”. Anyone who directly clicks the “I’m not going” button will be added to the list with a ❌. This option is useful for small communities where you want to know when a player cannot go on a raid. Disabled by default

  4. Automatically cancel empty raids. The bot will automatically cancel raids if it deems they are empty. A raid is considered empty if, five minutes after its organization, it does not have a registered trainer, or if after the meeting time it doesn’t have any trainer (even remote) that pressed the button I am here. Disabled by default

  5. Group members only. It does not allow Telegram users who are not members of the group or channel to participate in its raids or receive alerts. This option is useful for groups and public channels. Enabled by default

  6. Limit total trainers. Limit the number of trainers that can be signed up in total. Enabled by default (Automatic: 20)

  7. Limit remote trainers. Limits the number of trainers that can be signed in remotely (counting invited ones). Enabled by default (Automatic: 10 - guests)

  8. Limit invited trainers. Limit the number of trainers who can sign up as invited. Enabled by default (Automatic: 10)

  9. Limit trainers invited by trainer. Limit the number of trainers a trainer can invite. Activated by default (Automatic: 5)

  10. Limit face-to-face trainers. Limit the number of trainers who can sign up as face-to-face. Disabled by default

  11. Inherit organization if unsigned. Reassign the organizer role to the next signed-up trainer if the original organizer drops out of the raid. Disabled by default

  12. Send room to organizer automatically. Send the room creation message to the organizer one minute before the raid time. Disabled by default

  13. Allow public and private rooms/Allow only private rooms. Specifies whether the group is allowed to create public and private rooms or only private rooms. Set by default to “public and private”

Commands available for users

  1. Consult gyms (/search command). Allows users to view gym locations. Disabled by default

  2. Create raids and announces. It allows users to create raids and announces, in any way that is allowed according to the options in the Raid creation section. Enabled by default

  3. Refloat raids (/refloat command). Allows raid organizers to refloat using the /refloat command. Disabled by default

  4. Clone raids (/clone command). Allows all trainers to create new announces from existing raids, using the /clone command. Disabled by default

  5. Delete raids (/delete command). Allows raid organizers to delete them using the /delete command. If you disable this option, they can still cancel them with the /cancel command. Enabled by default

  6. Add notes (/note command). Allows raid organizers to add annotations with the /note command. If you disable this option, only administrators will be able to do so. Disabled by default

  7. Sending messages. Allows raid organizers, or all signed-up (depending on the option selected) to send messages to all raid participants using the /msg command or only remote participants using the /rmsg command . If you disable this option, only administrators will be able to do so. Disabled by default

  8. Change organizer. Allows you to change the raid organizer with the /organizer command. It can be activated for the organizer, for all registered trainers or only for the administrator (deactivated). Disabled by default

  9. Create room. Allows you to create a room with the /lobby command. It can be activated for the organizer, for all registered trainers or only for the administrator (deactivated). Disabled by default

  10. Edit for all. Allows any trainer to edit the time, end time, Pokémon, or gym of a raid or announce. This option is only recommended for small groups and not for general use. Disabled by default

  11. Refloat for all. It allows any trainer to refloat any raid or announce. This option is only recommended for small groups and not for general usage. Disabled by default

Creation of raids and announces

  1. Interactive way to create raids and announces. It allows you to create raids and announces using the interactive button-based menus. Enabled by default

  2. Announces from egg images. It allows the bot to analyze the images for raid eggs and automatically create announces. On by default

  3. Announces from raid boss images. It allows the bot to scan images for raid bosses and automatically create announces. Enabled by default

  4. Announces from EX invitation images. Allow the bot to scan images for EX raid invitations and automatically create announces. Enabled by default

  5. Automatically sign-up organizer. Automatically sign-up the organizer when creating or converting a raid announce. This option does nothing in channels, since raids have no organizer. Enabled by default

  6. Set minutes to multiples of 5. Offer times in multiples of 5 when converting announces to raids. If it is disabled, it takes the egg’s opening time as a reference, even if the resulting minutes are not multiples of 5. Disabled by default

  7. Require correct location. If the location cannot be detected correctly, it does not allow the creation of the announce or the raid. This prevents raids from being created outside the target areas, but could prevent raiding if a gym is misconfigured or missing. Disabled by default

  8. EX egg Raids. Allows you to create announces and raids, or just announces, from EX eggs. If disabled, EX egg Pokémon will not be recognized and it will not be possible to create announces or raids of this type. Enabled by default (raids and announces)

  9. Legendary egg Raids. Allows you to create announces and raids, or just announces, from Legendary eggs. If disabled, Legendary egg Pokémon will not be recognized and it will not be possible to create such announces or raids. Enabled by default (raids and announces)

  10. Yellow egg raids. It allows to create announces and raids, or only announces, of Yellow egg. If disabled, the Yellow Egg Pokémon will not be recognized and will not be possible to create announces or raids of this type. Enabled by default (raids and announces)

  11. Pink egg Raids. Allows you to create announces and raids, or just announces, of Pink eggs. If disabled, the Pink egg Pokémon will not be recognized and it will not be possible to create announces or raids of this type. Enabled by default (raids and announces)

Viewing raids

  1. Show disaggregated totals. Instead of displaying a single total of signed-up trainers, it displays multiple subtotals. The subtotals displayed depend on whether you have remote raids and +1 buttons for teams or fate-to-face/remote enabled. Disabled by default

  2. Show hours in AM/PM format. Use the 12-hour format followed by AM or PM instead of the 24-hour format. It affects the display of raids, menus and alerts received in private. Disabled by default

  3. Icon theme. Allows you to change the theme of icons between one of those available. Each time you press it, it changes the theme to another among the available themes. Set by default to 🔥❄️⚡️

  4. Group signed-up by level/team. Instead of displaying the entries in temporal order, it groups them by team and by level. Disabled by default

  5. Sort zones/gyms by activity. When creating raids interactively, display zones and gyms in order of highest to lowest activity, rather than using alphabetical order. Enabled by default

  6. Mark late trainers. Mark on the list the trainers who have signed up late with a 🐌. It can be set for 1, 3, 5 or 10 minutes before the set time of the raid. Activated by default (1 minute)

Operation of rankings

  1. Weekly raid ranking. Allows group administrators to show a weekly TOP 5, 10, 15, 20 or 25 of participation in raids (depending on the option selected, by default 10) using the command /ranking week (or simply /ranking) .

  2. Monthly raid ranking. Allows group administrators to display a monthly TOP 15, 25, 35 or 50 raid participation (depending on the option selected, by default 15) using the command /ranking month.

  3. Count only raids of certain levels. Limits the raids that count towards raid rankings based on the level of the raid boss. Disabling this option counts raids of any level. Disabled by default

  4. Automatic raid ranking. It will post the rankings of raids that are not disabled automatically as soon as they are available (two hours before the ranking period ends).

  5. Weekly Announces Ranking. Allows group administrators to show a TOP 5, 10, 15, 20 or 25 weekly announce creation (depending on the selected option, by default 10) using the command /ranking announces week (or simply /ranking announces ).

  6. Monthly Announces Ranking. Allows group administrators to display a monthly TOP 15, 25, 35 or 50 of announce creation (depending on the option selected, by default 15) using the command /ranking announces month.

  7. Count only announces of certain levels. Limit the announces that count towards announce ranking based on the level of the raid boss. By deactivating this option, it counts announces of any level. Disabled by default

  8. Automatic announce ranking. It will publish the rankings of announces that are not deactivated automatically as soon as they are available (two hours before the end of the ranking period).
